Today my friend Karen Sand posted a few lines on her Facebook timeline.
Her words really expressed what was on my heart about waiting.
This is what she wrote:
True waiting makes no demands as a result of faith,
makes no claims as a result of praying,
no more desires for reward as a result of obedience,
no more expectations for breakthrough as a result of waiting.
Because in that posture of waiting, the only focus and Center is God.
"Be still and know that He is God.
He will be exalted above the nations,
He will be exalted on the earth."
